Every print is made locally in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Hahnemühle™ Fine Art Paper. Every framed print includes an advanced glare-protection coating on the glass that blocks up to 99% of UV rays. Because Tommy runs the business on his own, shipping can take up to one month during peak seasons.

I'm a Charlotte-based photographer with more than ten years behind the camera, grounded in travel and portrait work. Shooting people and places from Greece to Ireland to France taught me to read light quickly and find the story in a moment. Now I'm bringing that eye to commercial, editorial, and model projects, making images that feel intentional rather than generic. Every shoot starts with what the photo needs to say, not just how it needs to look.

Terms and returns

All sales are final. Every print is made to order, so I can't accept returns or exchanges, but if your print arrives damaged I'll make it right.

These terms apply when you browse or buy from StillsbyTommy. By placing an order, you agree to them. StillsbyTommy is run by Tommy Parmiter, a photographer based in Charlotte, North Carolina. “I” and “me” below mean StillsbyTommy. Last updated October 9, 2026.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. I may decline or cancel an order, for example after a pricing error or if I can't fulfill it. If I do, you get a full refund.
  • Every print is made to order in Charlotte on Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper. Production and shipping can take up to about 4 weeks, longer in peak seasons.
  • I ship within the United States only.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
  • Shipping is included. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that your print goes into production and the order is final.

No returns or exchanges

Because each print is made for your order, I can't take returns, exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.

  • This includes choosing the wrong size, frame or mount.
  • Each size option on the print page lists its dimensions in inches. Check them before ordering.
  • Not sure which to pick? Email me before you order and I'll help.

Damaged prints

Report damage within 72 hours of delivery, before you hang or install the print. I'll review your photos and repair or replace the print.

  • Email photos of the damaged print, the frame, and the shipping box with its label.
  • This covers cracked glass, dented frames, creased or scratched prints, and printing flaws.
  • I'll reply within 5 business days. If I need the print back, I'll tell you how to send it.

Colors and screens

Colors can look slightly different on paper than on your screen. Small differences in color or brightness aren't considered damage.

Refunds

I issue a refund only if you cancel within 24 hours of ordering, or if a damaged print can't be repaired or replaced.

  • Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used.
  • Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
  • Sales tax paid on the print is refunded with it.

How to report a problem

  1. Email StillsbyTommy@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery, before hanging the print.
  2. Include your name, the email you ordered with, and the print and size.
  3. Attach photos of the print, the frame, and the box with its shipping label.

Photographs and copyright

  • All photographs on this site are © Tommy Parmiter / StillsbyTommy. All rights reserved.
  • Buying a print gives you the physical print to own and display. It doesn't transfer the copyright or any right to copy the image.
  • You may not reproduce, resell copies of, or use the images commercially, including in AI training, without my written permission.

Using this site

You may browse and buy from this site for your own personal use. Don't use it for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it, or copy or scrape its content.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please email me first so we can try to sort it out. These terms are governed by North Carolina law. Any dispute that can't be settled informally will be handled in the state or federal courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, or in small claims court where eligible.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. The date at the top shows the latest version.

General

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. My not enforcing a term once doesn't waive it. These terms are the full agreement between us.
